Replacing a kitchen means a lot of decisions and a lot of trades. Our new kitchen process keeps both under control. Every project, from a compact galley to an open-plan extension, follows the same six steps, run by one company and one project manager, so you always know what comes next and who is responsible for it.

Step by step

The six steps to renovating a kitchen with us

Step 1: Get in touch

Use the enquiry form online, which takes about three minutes and commits you to nothing, or ring us, or send a WhatsApp message with a few photos. A designer phones you back within one working day to book a visit at a time that suits you. By the end of that call you have a confirmed appointment.

Step 2: The home visit

Your designer comes to you, measures the room, looks at the services and the structure, and asks how your household cooks, eats and lives. This visit is free. It ends with a measured survey and a clear brief for the design.

Step 3: Your design in 3D

This is the heart of our kitchen design process. You see your kitchen as plans, elevations and photorealistic visuals, so you can walk through the room before a single unit is ordered. Revisions are part of the process. See our kitchen design service page for what the designer covers.

Step 4: A fixed, itemized price

Once the design is settled, you receive one quotation listing the cabinetry, worktops, appliances and every trade. The price is fixed. Anything not listed on it is not something you will be asked to pay for.

Step 5: Installation

Our own fitters and tradespeople work to a written programme under one project manager, who sends daily updates and leaves the site tidy each evening. Typical installations take two to four weeks. The kitchen installation page explains each stage.

Step 6: Handover and follow-up

We snag the work, clean the room and show you how everything operates. You receive our ten-year installation guarantee and your appliance registrations in writing, and a month later we return to check and adjust.

Typical installations take two to four weeks on site. Before that comes the home visit, the 3D design and the quotation.

No. The design consultation and the quotation are free, and there is no obligation.

One project manager, from the first day on site to handover: one contract, one project manager, one number to call.
